anywell is a workplace experience company helping businesses efficiently facilitate hybrid work. The mission is to help companies manage facilities, teamwork, and the employee experience in the hybrid work era. The anywell platform offers office utilization data and insights, hot desk and space booking, managing office costs, and team collaboration using existing tools. The key benefits to companies (Operations, Facilities, HR and People organizations, teams, middle management, and employees) are the elimination of office ghost towns, having employees meet and interact more in person at the office, and getting leadership an accurate picture of the reality of hybrid work.

May Be Design helped Anywell bring their idea to life by collaborating closely with C-suite leaders to prototype a minimum viable product for market fit evaluation. Over the course of six months, our team worked hand-in-hand with Anywell’s leadership and engineers. The final result launched on Product Hunt and received positive feedback from the community.

The product was well received by the tech community for its design and usability, earning strong early feedback from peers and potential users. However, as post-COVID shifts—including the return-to-office trend—reshaped workplace behavior, we found the market fit had fundamentally changed. While the concept no longer aligned with evolving needs, the process demonstrated the value of building an MVP, gathering insights early, and being willing to pivot or fail quickly. It was a clear reminder that speed, feedback, and flexibility are core to good product design.
